  1. The Financial Calculator is an indicative tool and is meant to provide information and estimates of a general nature based on information provided by you.
  2. Toyota Financial Services Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“TFSSG”) does not warrant nor guarantee the accuracy, adequacy, reliability or completeness of any information or computation as provided by the Financial Calculator.
  3. TFSSG shall not be liable for any errors, inaccuracies or omissions or for any loss or damages suffered whatsoever by any person arising out or in connection with the use of the Financial Calculator.
  4. Any information or computation as provided for by the Financial Calculator shall not in any way be construed as an offer for the product and/or service by TFSSG at the rate provided for in that information, computation or recommendation.
  5. For the avoidance of doubt, TFSSG reserves the right to change information or features of the product and/or service at any time without notice.

FINANCIAL CALCULATOR TERMS OF USE

Unless otherwise specified:

  1. “I”, “me”, and “my” refer to the person or business requesting for a Quotation via this website;
  2. “Quotation” refers to any quotations provided by TFSSG including but not limited to financing and/or leasing quotations (as the case may be) upon my request;
  3. “TFSSG” refers to Toyota Financial Services Singapore Pte. Ltd.

I would like to request from TFSSG, a financing or leasing Quotation (as the case may be), free of charge.

By clicking “Get quotation”, I hereby:

  1. Declare, warrant and represent that I am at least 21 years of age;
  2. Declare, warrant and represent that any and all information provided to TFSSG under this Financial Calculator is correct, complete, accurate and not misleading;
  3. Declare and warrant that in the event I am requesting a Quotation from TFSSG on behalf of a a corporation, a partnership, a limited liability company, or any other entity or organisation, I am
    1. the authorised representative from that corporation, partnership, limited liability company, or entity or organisation; and
    2. authorised to give its consent to TFSSG’ collection, use, and disclosure of information in accordance with TFSSG’ Privacy Policy.
  4. Declare, warrant and represent that any personal data has been provided with the consent of the individual whose personal data is provided and that such individual has consented to TFSSG’ collection, use, and disclosure of such information in accordance with TFSSG’ Privacy Policy.
  5. Agree and understand that TFSSG may share the Quotation with its related corporations, including but not limited to its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and business partners, such as but not limited to Borneo Motors (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.;
  6. Agree and understand that the Quotation and Financial Calculator is an indicative tool and is meant to provide information and estimates of a general nature based on information provided by me;
  7. Agree and understand that TFSSG does not warrant, warrant nor guarantee the accuracy, adequacy, reliability or completeness of any information or computation as provided by the Quotation and Financial Calculator;
  8. Agree and understand that TFSSG shall not be liable for any errors, inaccuracies or omissions or for any loss or damages suffered whatsoever by me or any other person arising out of or in connection with the use of the Quotation and/or Financial Calculator;
  9. Agree and understand that under no circumstances will TFSSG be liable regardless of the form of action for any failure of performance, system, server or connection failure, error, omission, interruption, breach of security, computer virus, malicious code, corruption, delay in operation or transmission, transmission error or unavailability of access in connection with my accessing this website and/or using the online services even if TFSSG has been advised as to the possibility;
  10. Agree and understand that:
    1. When I request for a financing or leasing Quotation and/or use this Financial Calculator, the price of the vehicle, the financed amount, the monthly instalments payable, interest rate, period of hire, monthly lease rates, the specifications of the vehicle and all other information as may be provided for in the Quotation and/or Financial Calculator shall not in any way be construed as an offer by TFSSG, shall not bind TFSSG in respect of the same, and that the figures in such information are an estimation and is only indicative of the type of financing and/or leasing options currently available and is subject to the final approval of TFSSG upon the receipt of the relevant financial documents from me;
    2. In relation to the monthly lease rates as may be provided for in the Quotation or Financial Calculator, the monthly lease rates are inclusive of annual road tax, comprehensive motor insurance, but excludes schedule maintenance fees and the prevailing goods and services tax; and
    3. For the avoidance of doubt, TFSSG reserves the right to change all prices and information about its products and/or services including but not limited to the interest rates and monthly lease rates without prior notice.

Changes to Our Financial Calculator Terms of Use

TFSSG reserves the right to change, modify, and/or supplement the Financial Calculator Terms of Use at any point of time in its sole discretion by posting the changed, modified, and/or supplemented Financial Calculator Terms of Use on this webpage or through such other means as TFSSG may deem appropriate. Any change, modification, and or supplement is effective at the date of posting.
